Wish there were more stars to choose from. Robert came out of the gates providing more information than any other person we had contacted. Even before any type of committment from us, he was providing valuable services. Robert was available any and every time we needed him, night or day. His knowledge, experience and attitude were second to none. Robert met with us on several different properties and had valuable input on each that helped us narrow the field. We were most impressed with Robert's negotiating skills. He fought on our behalf even when the next move was moving on. That told us that he's not just out for a quick commission. My wife got in touch with Mr. Cockrell sometime around May 2011 while we were living in Houston looking for a house in the area around San Antonio. We made several trips to the area on weekends usually bringing along our four-year-old, three-year-old and our newborn. Mr. Cockrell was extraordinarily patient as we went through diaper changes, potty breaks and bottle breaks. At the end of July 2011, we sold our house in Houston and needed a place to rent while the search continued. We found a home online and Mr. Cockrell checked it out for us and we were soon relocated to San Antonio. The search continued there for five more months until we finally found a place where we thought we could raise our family. Throughout it all, I bet we looked at fifty or so houses within a radius of 100 miles. After having our house on the market for ten months with two separate Realtors from San Antonio and lowering the price by $35,000.00, we hired Robert. He immediately went to work and found us a buyer within five weeks at a price much higher than previous! The deal fell through, but he did not give up on us. Robert did very well helping us with our new home purchase. While originally not the most knowledgeable about purchasing a foreclosure, Robert learned the ropes quickly and was able to help us get the home we wanted in a reasonable amount of time. My experience with Robert was a good one and I would have no problem referring him to anyone.

He was prompt, well organized, researched all property I gave him and provided some that I had not seen. He kept in touch with me and was always available if I needed a question answered.
