Let me be clear. As a rule, I don't like Realtors. In my experience they are often more interested in closing a sale than finding a property that 'fits'. But Joe is different. Some Realtors trumpet their ability to 'listen'...Joe actually 'hears'. He worked his tail off in finding me a beautiful home...was incredibly responsive...and his negotiating positions saved me $8,000. I can't recommend this guy enough.
