We engaged Dave to find us a second home in Scottsdale, that will ultimately be our retirement home. We currently live in Minnesota, so we needed someone with a great deal of local expertise who would listen well to our needs and wants. We allocated a 4-day weekend to visit and investigate the market. Dave did a great job sifting through the available properties and helping us weigh the pros and cons of the finalists. We ultimately purchased a short sale. Dave did a fantastic job guiding us through the process and we closed just slightly over 60 days after our original visit to the property. We love the house so much we call it Casa Da Sogno (Italian for Dream House). Every visitor we have had is absolutely blown away by the house and the deal we got on it. On our first visit to the house, we arrived after midnight to a totally unfurnished house. I had arranged to ship an airbed and set of sheets to Dave's office, which he delivered to the house and set up for us. In addition, the kitchen island was covered with necessary items (toilet paper, snacks, dishwasher soap, etc.), and the refrigerator was stocked with beer, soda, milk, wine and a bottle of champagne. Dave was very well versed in the area we were interested in. In addition he was motivated to secure a good price for our purchase, and protected our interest right through the complete process. Dave is a realist and has a good business background to understand the changing nature of the market. In the end he also had connections to individuals that supported our remodel of the project and many other facets.

Very professional, knows north scottsdale better than any agent and best of all found the perfect property for my wife and I by asking questions of what we wanted. After we selected the property he was able to negoiate a price that was much better than expected. What else could a buyer want?
