The deal is not yet finalized (thanks to the seller) but Brenda has worked very hard to get me what I want at a great price and she knows all the ropes. Should this deal fall through, I will definitely use her again. She has a great personality and is very professional/experienced. She can help not only with buying/selling but also with renting out your property and no doubt a load of other stuff.
