We had a great experience working with Lisa. She is so easy to communicate with. Her honesty, knowledge and true concern for our best interests really impressed us. She happily assisted us in finding a rental home after the sale of our home because we haven't decided what part of town we would like to purchase a new home in yet. I had some great realtors but none even come close to the customer service and professionalism I recieved from Lisa and her assistant Vicky. I am not the easiest customer and they were so patient and professional with me and showed me more homes that I care to admit until we finally found the home we were looking for. Even after we found the home there were several issues with the closing because we were dealing with a relocation company but Lisa stuck with us and working through everything that was thrown our way. She also helped us after the sale when we needed information on things that we could not figure out in the home. I can't say enough good things about Lisa and Vicky and if you decided to use them for your real estate needs I know you will be glad that you did. If you decide to go with someone else you will have made a huge mistake. I almost forgot to mention the best realtor I have dealt with and after that kind of customer service she will even give you 1% back to use towards your closing cost.
