We recently used the Geracie team for the sale of our duplex and purchase of our new single family home in late 2012. I would have never expected the level of service that we received from them. The Geracie team is a great group to work with when selling or buying a home. I had a very poor experience with the Geracie team. We relocated out of state, but still used the house while in town for business or visiting family. We told the Geracie team to give us 24 hours notice before showing the home. They failed to do this on several occasions. Three times we were in the house when the door opened and people walked right in. It was an embarrassing situation each time. After the first occasion, I asked them to, again, give us 24 hours notice before a showing. They did not. After the second occasion I told they had to give us 24 hours notice before a showing.
