Debbie is an all around great person. She was very moviated to get me into the house that was perfect for me. She is an honest person, which makes her one of the best in the business. She went above and beyond any of my expectations of what an agent does, and most importantly she made the whole buying a home experience, a great experience. My son bought his first home 1 year ago and Debbie made it a very special and successful experience. She was always immediately responsive to phone calls and e-mails. She has great patience..their were 4 to 5 of us at most home showings and she gave each of us individualized attention. Debbie followed up with my son following the closing on the home to make sure everything was going well. He had an house warming open-house in the summer and invited Debbie. She demonstrated her continued support by attending to congratulate him and see the updates he had made. Debbie went above and beyond my expectations when it came to buying my first house. There was never a time when she wasn't available for me and she worked very hard to find me the right house that fit me! I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent to anyone!

Debbie was really more than I ever expected a buyers agent to be. She kept in constant contact with us about the houses we were interested in and stayed on top of the sale for our new house. She exceeded our expectations on all levels. I would recommend her to anyone I know. She is extremely knowledgable with short sales which is what our purchase was. She stayed right on top of the banks and the sellers agent to expedite the purchase of the house. Absolutely wonderful!

She provided information to the bank, the other realtor or me, as needed. She moved the paperwork along efficiently. There was not a lot of negotiation or local expertise. Deb is a very personable and competent agent. She really spent a lot of time getting to know our goals and dreams and then helping us find the right home for us. Deb offered good insight when it came time to find inspectors and loan officers. She made herself available for a variety of meetings and showings.
