The best thing about working with Erica and Jami was the responsiveness and communication. My fiancee and I knew that we could get in touch with them whenever we had a concern. They helped us navigate our first home purchase, which was a short-sale on a beautiful home in Riverside (32204). The short sale process was long and often quite frustrating, but Erica and Jami provided the expertise that we needed. We worked primarily with Erica, although Jami helped us out with a few key items with the contract. Erica stayed on top of the communications between all the involved parties, and she always tracked down the answers to our questions. When we were waiting for information (which was quite often), Erica helped me understand exactly who and what we were waiting for. There were lots of people, and I didn't always understand their exact roles (seller's agent, our lender, closing attorney, lien-holder, appraisers, inspectors, etc). Fortunately, Erica did. There was one fairly significant mis-communication regarding the lien-holder's acceptance of our offer, but Erica helped us understand and recover with as little stress as possible.
