Abe was quite patient and meticulous in our quest to find the perfect place. He has a very in depth knowledge of the market and knows his locations. I found Abe on Zillow and he followed up with me very quickly and was very responsive. Over the next few months we viewed many different houses and Abe handled himself very professionally throughout the entire experience. We ended up buying a place in fishtown that we love, and I am very happy with it. There were a few hitches in the process, but they were ALL from the seller side and Abe navigated them with the proper mixture of strong-arming and good natured negotiating.

My husband and I searched for a house near Philadelphia for over 5 months. Because we were downsizing, we had very specific requirements.
