As first time home buyers, we had many questions in every step of the home buying process. Lisa provided us with detailed explanations, regarding the steps to purchase a home in the most cost efficient manner, and information regarding more specific features of the home (i.e. septic systems, water testing). She understood our expectations for a home and assisted us in negotiating prices that we could comfortably afford. With Lisa's help, we were able to purchase our dream home at a reasonable cost that was considerably lower than the original asking price! I can't say enough good things about Lisa. She is the main reason that our house sale went as smoothly as it did. She answered my every question. I never heard the words, "I'm busy", "It's inconvenient", "That won't work". Everything was positive with the goal of moving forward and selling my house. There was one point where we couldn't find the septic system cover. With a pick axe in hand Lisa found it -- even under a foot of snow! So I guess a true summary of Lisa would be that she goes above and beyond what you imagine a good agent would do -- which in my book makes her a great agent. Less
