I worked with Stephen Payne for about 2 months and I would recommend him to anyone. Mr. Payne always behaved very professional and very respectful. Being a first time home buyer there was a lot of things I didnt know or understand. My biggest concerns were things like "are there enough cabinets or are the closets big enough?" But never did I go in a house looking for other things that were more important like the plumbing and the electrical. Luckily Mr. Payne was very helpful and helped me out with all that. I also apreciate his patience with me and the fact that the day I called to go look at houses that same day he would show them to me and we must have looked at like 10 or 15 houses. And there were times were I would get discouraged and wanted to give up and he always said " If you havent gotten your house yet is because there is a better one out there for you and your family" And he was right! They were very aware of our price range and very up front and honest about what we could expect in terms of neighborhoods and how much house we would actually get.
