Brandon was a very good agent. We did not experience any paperwork or negotiation snags during our process. When there were negotiation points, he helped us find fair middle ground with the buyer. We had not used an agency like "My Dog Tess" before and were not sure what to expect, but everything went very well with Brandon's help. Overall, Brandon was a very good agent and I would definitely use his services in the future if needed.

Brandon is great to work with. He will run a comps to give you an idea of what your property is worth. He was very concerned with me getting the best price possible for my house. We held out for the right buyer and netted an extra 8K! Brandon provides a very reasonable contact for home staging and professional photography of your property..his rates for listing are unbeatable. I highly recommend Brandon and will be contacting again for any future real estate business I may have in the future.
