I chose Ben because his office has done work with my legal office and was completely satisfied. His willingness to show flexibility, availability after my work hours that sometimes lasted into the evening, and insight were just the tip of the wonderful experience we recieved. The house my wife and I purchased was listed the night before we were to go looking at houses and Ben went out of his way to make sure we were able to do a viewing of the house that next morning. I would strongly advise anyone whether they have bought a house before or not to use him.
