Brian helped me navigate the labyrinth of buying a HUD home using a 203k loan (basically a mortgage that includes money for repairs). It was my first home purchase, and I knew next to nothing nothing about the process. He helped me find a great investment opportunity, and his knowledge of the market, home construction, and the entire buying/selling process was a huge asset. In fact, when I had the home reappraised after I bought it and put a little bit of necessary rehab work in, the value turned out to be about 150% of what I paid for it. Not bad! Even when the FHA threw us a bunch of last-minute requirements and paperwork, Brian kept it cool, got it all done, and was totally transparent and responsive throughout the whole process.
