He was very diligent understanding our requirements and very patient throghout the process. He showed us many homes on the resale market that met our requirements as well as new construction. Ultimately we went with new construction. He provided us with valuable guidance on lot and option selection. Additionally Rob connected me with a reputable home inspector to do our pre-drywall walk through. On the sell side, Rob met with me at home. He did a walk through and shared with me common sense home improvement tips that wouldn't break the bank but would add value and curb appeal. He also shared a detailed presentation on pricing and how his team would market my home. We went to work on his suggested improvements and he recommended several contractors that did great work at a more than reasonable price. Rob listed the house and within a week we accepted an offer. This was a Short sale so it took a while to settle. Contract signed on 3/28/12 House settled on 8/17/12 for a total of 143 days. He used a firm called Sequoiapm which negotiated with the banks. If I had a question he responded quickly.
