We have used Michael's services a few times. He has sold two homes for us and helped us negotiate a good deal and buy a home. On one of our closings with Michael we almost had to postpone a closing and he made a two hour round trip drive to go pick up a check that was needed and not there on time (no fault of his) and made sure we were able to close on both homes and not have any delays. He is extremely honest and knowledgable. If we had not moved out of state with our last move, I know we would be calling Michael again in the future. Less
