As an impatient buyer, I was relieved to find that Leslie was always responsive and ready to help. I was moving my family from three hours away and Leslie made room in her schedule for me and my husband to come at different times on different days and look at 6-10 homes at a time. First time I saw Leslie was in an open house in Manlius, at that time I did not decide yet to go seriously in buying process of any house, however I was impressed by Leslie and her mother. 2 months later I decided to go more serious with buying a house as I tired from renting and this will be my first house to own, me and my wife decided to get help from an agent and right away I thought Leslie however I sporodically saw more than 5 different agents in different open houses. It was for me a very hard equation to solve, we need a big house at least 4 rooms (me, my wife, 3 kids and in Law), in a very good school district and with basement and relatively new, however my budget was not in the range for this kind of houses. another challenge was that I was completely new for this process. After some negotiation a rental price was reached. I did not sign a lease as Leslie told me she had to discuss it with the other family member.
