Eric is an arrogant person who tried to tell me what I was looking for in my new home. He never asked me any questions about what I really wanted in a home; in fact he was condescending and pushy. Eric marketed my house for sale in a very difficult environment. I don't think there was more than a couple sales all summer or fall (of 2011) that were near the price range of my house. It was an impossible market. Eric kept at marketing my house and he showcased it in his firm's advertisements and he suggested some other tips that really brought about some interest. I picked Eric because I wanted to sell my house and he did just that for me.
