I would just like to comment on the first negative post about Dawn not responding to emails or phone calls. I just contacted her today for the first time and about 5 minutes after my email, she called me. She spent a lot of time with me on the phone discussing my situation and the available homes in my budget. I have an appointment to view some homes with her tomorrow, so I think that is pretty good and prompt service if you ask me. She is also very nice and easy to talk to. Made me feel very comfortable. Looking forward to the meeting with her tomorrow and the purchase of my first home. Less

I had tried to contact Dawn by phone and e-mail several times after reading the positive reviews.Not once did I receive a response. I thought that was VERY unprofessional. I finally decided to contact a different agent listed that was very helpful and we are in the process of closing on a house.

Dawn has been my agent for over 10 years, through 3 purchases and 2 sales. She has taken me from Prairie Village to Olathe and finally to Raymore. I don't know how she does it, I just tell her what I want to do and she finds me what i need and handles all the details. GREAT negotiator! This was my first home purchase,so I had no idea how the whole process worked.Plus,I had a strict budget to adhere to.She showed me plenty of homes and had the patience of a saint.Finally,I found a townhome,that was FSOB.This was the perfect place,I wanted this townhouse.Dawn went to the seller and got this guy to agree to our terms and I was in.I'm beyond satisfied,with my house.Next came the paperwork,which I was dreading,because I'd never done this before.Because of Dawn,it was a cake walk,totally painless.The amount of time and effort she put in,for me,was incredible.I would recommend her to anyone.Because of her knowledge and input,my home buying experience was great.
