Tim and Shawna are both great. They got my house listed very quickly and cheap. I had people looking at the house a few days after it was listed. They were able to help me when i had questions about the contract on the house. Unfortunately the contract fell through due to the buyer, but i still have it listed with Tim. Tim and Shawna are both Very knowledgeable and helpful, and very familiar with the area. In my opinion Tim is one of the best if not THE BEST reators in the area.
