Very impressive - sold my home in 15 days in the middle of winter in a down market. Was very analytical, direct, & honest in dealing with me on price and how to best market my home. He came to the listing appointment already knowing everything about my house, neighborhood and with a marketing plan already in mind. He put it in high gear once the paperwork was signed and didn't stop until the closing was over. Was a great experience and I tell everyone I know!!
