Without a doubt the best selling experience we have ever had was with Steve and his compny Instaclose. Trust me there is a difference between agents. Our house was previously listed but did not sell. After hiring Steve our house was in escrow within a few days. The best part was it sold for a substantial amount above the list price of the previous agent. The escrow was a little rough, I don't think that was Steves fault. The buyer wanted a large discount after their inspection. We were a little scared the deal was going fall through. Following the direction of the instaclose team the escrow was saved and we sold the house at our price. We love and Trust Steve and his team and will use them anytime we have a real estate need. Our experience with Steve and his company was nothing short of exquisite. I run a large corporation and can be very demanding. (My wife is even worse). I have bought and sold over 28 properties in my lifetime and can firmly state this was the best experience I have ever had. We interviewed 5 top agents to sell our multi-million dollar property. Steve was not a referral, nor did I ever conduct business with him prior to this engagement. I found him accidentally. He won us over with is straightforward presentation and addressing our two chief concerns. We wanted to sell our home for the highest price possible and in the shortest time frame.
