He's willing to take you as far as you like, but he himself will not commit himself or engage in your decision in buying or rejecting a home. Yes he is very good at getting a hold of, by any communication means, and even better at trying to be the first one to show a home, he's ready to have you be the first to make an offer! Unfortunately, even though he does work for the "benefit of buyer" he's limited (only in my opinon) to how well he can decipher the true "condition" of a home. Brian was very professional. He made buying a home easy and fun. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a home. He was very prepared, patient, and friendly. I felt like he was a friend at the end of my home buying experience. The next home I buy I'm going through him, that's for sure. My experience with Brian was less than expected. As a buyer's agent, I expected Brian to be more involved, and looking out for my best interests. He sent me listings of homes that were not up to my standard of purchase, and tried to persuade me into buying the first home I saw. I got the feeling he didn't think I was worth his tme.
