This was my first time buying a house, and Blake exhibited extreme patience for all of my questions. He has the knack for making you feel as if you are his only client. I definitely felt well represented and would highly recommend Blake whether you are considering selling or purchasing a home.

Despite having several friends in the real estate business, my wife and I decided to go with Blake after meeting him at an open house, and that was probably the best decision we made during the entire process. Blake did not pressure us to sign an exclusive agreement and allowed us to go at our own pace, even knowing that we didn't need to move and that we might just decide to stay put after looking around. After we found a bank-owned property that we were interested in, Blake helped us craft an offer and understand the hurdles we were going to have to jump through with a foreclosure. With his help, we were able to put together an offer that the bank accepted without a counter (no, we didn't overpay - he just figured out the sweet spot where it wasn't worth their time to say anything but yes), which left us scrambling to get our home on the market. Despite listing a home in a neighborhood with larger homes at similar price points, Blake was able to find us a buyer within a week of putting the home on the market, and we were under contract in three weeks for 97% of asking price. When things went crazy with our purchase just three days before closing (through no fault of his), Blake helped guide us through a highly stressful and chaotic week, and managed to get us to to the closing table with our sanity in check. The last few weeks of our journey were some of the worst of our lives (seriously, buying a foreclosure is hard!), but Blake was the voice of reason in the storm, giving us someone to turn to who we knew was giving us honest, good advice, and helping us understand exactly what needed to be done to move forward each day. With the home buying and selling process in the rear view mirror, my wife and I couldn't imagine going through it with anyone else.
