Malia,was very helpful and would go the extra mile for people viewing homes. she showed me the homes i was inerested in buying.however the investers bought every home i wanted. she never gave up , always found different homes for me to see. Malia was a dream to work with, I handled sale form California with myself and two sisters. It was my dads house, he is too old to negotiate. She did everything from talking to tenant , to handling the lender. It was put in escrow within a week and sold within 60 days. Always called back and kept me informed quickly.
