I had the opportunity to buy a house through Catherine Cummings. Due to a strict timeline; she was able to work with her associates to get my approval and loan expedited in 13 days, just in time for Christmas. She is a valuable asset to her profession. I have asked her to look into possible rental properties for me and land in which to build a hotel. She has kept me up-to-date on good land sites and I hope to make a bid in the near future.
