Mya was very attentiveness, caring, polite and she was quick to answer to my questions, sometime even late at night given that we are 3-hrs apart. She helped finding me good contractors to paint the interior, install new floor and carpet, and the cost was very reasonable. She also helped ordering appliances for the rental unit. As an overseas investor, what I liked most was that she was able to suggest a good home inspector(one that she worked with for quite a while), she did provide a straight reply when I asked her if she knew of any good rental management companies and she said that the one she worked with a long time and with good rep had moved out since April.
