She said maybe in a year once my credit is repared I can buy a house. She did not only help me find a rental but she referred me to her mortgage lender who is now repairing my credit. I called Marilyn on her shortsale listing. She responded promptly and I put in an offer in. She submitted it to the bank and got approved quickly. She's lightning fast on everything I asked her to do. And she's texting me even late at night. I didn't need another realtor as she did a wonderful job representing both parties. Marilyn showed me a loft that I loved but that nobody would finance so I stuck with her as I continued my search. I threw a lot of stuff at her as far as preferences and criteria and she really came through for me!
