I have no doubt I wouldnt have the great house I have now without Terry and April. We went through the very difficult and frustrating process of buying a short sale but They both worked very hard and stayed on top of everybody involved in the process, the sellers realtor, sellers bank, my bank, the title agency and with the exception of the title agent (Michelle Metcalf) they were all slower than tree sap, Terry and April practically had to push them every step of the way to make things move smoothly and as quickly as possible. Communication was outstanding, they were always just a call or email away to answer my questions and to accomadate my constant need for information and was quick to call me to keep me informed step by step of the way.
