Karen was recommended to us by a co-worker at the end of 2009 when things were pretty brutal in the market all over. She helped us sell a property in Lakewood by working with us to understand what our reasonable options were at the time and she put us in touch with fantastic contractors who helped stage our home to make it the most appealing. I originally purchased my house 11 -12 years ago and used Karen as my realtor. She was extremely thorough and listened to all my needs and wants. She only showed me houses that had my NEEDS. She didn't try to change my mind and gave me very good advice on my wants. When it came time to sell my house, I called Karen again. It was not a straight forward sale and there were many facets, including getting a dead beat roofer to come complete a roofing job. I had washed my hands of the company, but Karen was able to come in and convince the roofers that they should do the job.
