Even when I changed what I was looking for, from old/historic home, to downtown townhome, to brand new construction, she remained patient with me. Being only 25 when we started the home search process, she was able to apply her experience and knowledge to help me make the right decisions and she even made sure to include my parents in the process so that I felt comfortable. Karen went above and beyond in my eyes, I told her at the beginning of the process in June how awesome it would be to close on a house, on my 26th birthday in August. Luckily we found a brand new home that was scheduled to be finished building in the middle of August and we made an offer on it July 31st.
