Julie was very patient throughout the process of our looking for homes. At the beginning she asked us questions about what we wanted, and then made sure that the houses we looked at were within those ranges. She never pressured us, only showing us those houses that were within our price range, styles, and options that interested us the most. During the closing process we settled on a HUD home. It was a very confusing process as this was our first house and my wife and I didn't quite understand the process. Julie was always very good about being able to answer questions and if she didn't know, she was able to get the answers in a timely manner. She also had very good people that she recommended for inspections and services. Never once did I wonder if she had forgotten about us as she was very good about keeping us informed as to where we were in the process. I was very impressed with Julie, when we bought our house. She was right on top of things. Going to bat for everything we wanted in a home. Answered all our questions, no matter what she was doing always took time for us.
