Pam has a very good sense of her clients' needs which is reflected in her patience with reviewing homes and her honesty in feedback. Pam and Craig are not out to make the quick sale that ultimately makes their buyers unhappy in the long run. They are in real estate because they want to build long-term relationships that result in happy home owners. Pam and Craig as a team could not have done more to support us as buyers. In a difficult sale, they were constantly crossing their t's and dotting their i's. There were a number of items where they went above and beyond our expectations to be sure that there were no issues after a seller-related delay. In addition, Craig was exceptional at securing our loan. We had special circumstances that required my finances alone to secure the loan. Craig went to no less than five lenders to find a program under which I would qualify given that I also own a condominium. Pam and Craig Kuper were an amazing team to work with. They treated me as if I were there son. They helped me purchases a condo in downtown Milwaukee on the Milwaukee River. Pam handled the real-estate side and Craig did my mortgage. Pam Kuper is one of the nicest and sweetest people I?ve ever met, but don?t let that fool you when she?s negotiating for you she?s very tough and does her best to get you everything you ask for. She?s extremely knowledgeable and She really cared about making sure I had all the information on the condo before I purchased it. She doesn?t care about the commission or pressuring you into buying a home she just wants to make sure your happy with whatever you choose. Craig Kuper is extremely hard working if he doesn?t call, text or email you back within 2 minutes be worried because there?s probably something seriously wrong, he makes himself available just about 24/7. Craig got me a 3.75% interest rate on a FHA 30 yr fixed mortgage and I couldn?t be happier. The mortgage process these days is brutal, but if it wasn?t for him I don?t think I would have made it through the process. I travel a ton for work and I had nothing to worry about when ever I left because I knew Pam and Craig had my back and could take care of anything that came up, like dealing with condo developer to replace and pick out new carpet or making sure we got everything on my loan signed off.
