Five stars aren't nearly enough to rate our experience with Joel. I have purchased multiple homes in three states and Joel Miller was the best realtor I ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable and ethical and was always ready to show us a home, even after we put in an offer on a condo. Most importantly, Joel was ALWAYS cheerful and positive and made us feel very special as clients. He wanted to make sure we purchased the home that was right for us and was willing to go the extra mile to see that that happened. Joel answered our questions promptly and kept in touch throughout the lengthy short sale process to let us know what was happening. He even came to the closing though he was not required to do so. Joel was absolutely fantastic to work with, in every interaction we had. His knowledge of the area was fantastic - he actually was the one who found our place for us. We had quite a few issues through the escrow process (not at all Joel's fault). He handled the whole situation wonderfully, and helped us through every step of the way. In addition, he is continuing to help us after we closed! Fantastic, highly recommended.

We are a young family with limited resources, but he made us feel like we were his only clients. He was always available, and has a vast knowledge of the hosing market here in San Diego. He listened to exactly what we wanted and found us houses that met or exceeded our expectations, especially within our budget. We ended up finding the perfect place for us, right in our price range and even contacted the selling agent to make sure they would accept an FHA loan even though they initially stated that they would not.
