David was the realtor on my buyer?s side. He is the best in the business. This is the third house that I worked with David and with no doubt he is the only realtor I will ever use in the future if need arises. He is very helpful on walking clients through the process and making it seamless. He also has a very good supporting cast that works with him. I was very happy with him representing me and I will definitely keep this relationship going. David was very resourceful in providing references related to home buying process such as: Financing, Home inspection, attorney etc. All his references were cross checked and they are the best in the business. I called Hill Team to find me a home. I was interested in immediate move. My associate, Justin, was very responsive. He recommended and set several dates for viewing. He did not take up my time with useless showings. He know what I wanted and tailored the search accordingly. He had helpful suggestions and was always prompt in answering and returning calls. Justin is friendly and put me at ease in my search. I would recommend him to anyone interested in findling a home.

Our house had been on and off the market for 2+ years without receiving one offer from a potential buyer. My ex-wife and I were separated during this time and were anxious to move forward with our situation. We decided to interview other realtors that could provide a different marketing approach to sell our house. We chose David Hill and his team from Keller Williams. We like David for several reasons: ? He had a large team that would assist with the sales process ? He had an honest, calming and confident disposition ? He had creative ideas and substantial marketing clout ? He told us that that his goal was to sell the house in 30 days The result? We received our first and last offer within a 30 day period and closed on our house with perfect timing. Since we had such a great experience with David, I asked him to assist me with the purchase of a home. He assigned his buyer?s realtor, Jim Black. Jim, unfortunately, did not know what he was getting himself into when he was assigned to me. I had high expectations of what to purchase with limited financial resources available. When Jim first presented the open inventory of homes on the market in my price range, the houses were old with half the SF and 1/10th the acreage. I remarked to Jim that I wasn?t in Kansas anymore?. Jim must have taken a deep breath at that point. Jim quickly moved to understand my requirements and understand me personally. He did not present any homes that he knew I would not like?and he did not try to oversell the benefits of any house to overshadow it?s weaknesses, in order to make a sale. He was a straight shooter and cared about placing me in a good home. He had a keen eye on the true value of the homes we visited in relation to the asking price. Ultimately, we found a home that was perfect for my needs and in a great location. Jim was critical during the negotiations and continued his dedication beyond the offer stage. He was very involved in the home inspection process, taking copious notes and providing his recommendations to include in the P&S conditions. He also recommended the real estate firm, Portnoy and Greene, to assist with the closing. They employed a very sharp and diligent paralegal who did an exceptional job assisting with the closing of my home. The icing on the cake was that he followed up with a courtesy call a few weeks after the closing to ensure I was satisfied with my home purchase. That signaled to me that he cares about his craft and is curious about post purchase feedback to learn for future reference. I have purchased 4 homes over the past 20 years and found my experience with David Hill and his team to be the best. This gentleman is amazing. In 2008, I put my house on the market on my own (FSBO) and David STILL met with me, guided me, and wished me luck. Other agents sneered or ignored me. After three months of no offers, I called David back, ready to list my house with him. A few hours before our meeting, my buyers materialized. I sold FSBO and never did work with David.
