Ed was the best real estate agent I have worked with of buying real estate in PA. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and a really strong advocate. We had a very specific request, and needed a very fast closing date, and he made both happen. I live in New York and he also made things easy for me to do remotely. My son loves the place, and Ed has gone out of his way to make sure everything is good, including getting the House into move in condition with his own help. I've never given a five star review before but after working with Ed to puchase my home two years ago I feel compelled. I've reccomended him to anyone I know purchasing a home and will continue to do so. I wouldn't use any other realtor. His attention to detail, work ethic, knowledge, and negotiation skills were absolutely the best I've seen. When I sell the home I've got now, I won't go to anyone else. He is very focused on his clients and really looks out for them in a way that I was very impressed with. Less
