Darlene listed my husband's house and within 2 weeks, he had a seller. When the seller offered, we realized we'd better start looking for a place to live, so we told Darlene what our needs and resources were and she was off. That was on Thursday. Friday she emailed some spec sheets on some prospective houses and we we went out with her on Saturday to start looking. The third house we toured was THE one. We called her later that evening to say we'd like to make an offer. She came over on Sunday around noon and wrote the offer for us. I had to get on a plane and go to WI right after we finished writing the oiffer. When my plane landed in Milwaukee, my phone started ringing. It was my husband telling me that our offer had been accepted! Darlene found us a large listing of homes within our price range and in the area we wanted. She walked us through everything including our options for financing and different ways to write the offer. She was fantastic! Darlene was very easy to work with selling my mother's townhouse. She kept me informed even on her vacation. She would provide information when asked but would leave the decision making up to me, I appreciated that. I would definately recommend her and use her again should I need a broker.

We looked at some homes then and could not make up our minds on any of them. With the economy not so good, my company as most, was trying to work through the tuff times. We told Darlene to put the home shopping on hold for a while to see how the company status would turn out. Darlene said no problem and she wanted to send new listings each month to keep us up to date on what homes were selling for in the area. In 2010 we started looking for homes again. She would email us with open homes on Sundays at various areas to see anything we liked. October 2010 we found a home the family liked and she started finding out everything about the home. We toured the home 3 times until the decision was let?s go for it. Darlene got the comps for us and we started the negotiations.
