I bought my first condo in January. If it wasn't for Bob I probably would still be renting and unhappy. He listened to everything I wanted, location, price, deadlines ect. He made my experience not overwhelming but fun. He answered all my 100 questions and was available to me day, night, and weekends. I love where I live and I am so happy. I've never had to deal with an agent and he was recommended to me by my sister that bought a brand new house through him. He was very good and patient with us. Had some very good advise and was real helpful in what we needed to get done on selling our house. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
