They dug their heels in on ever situation we had to negotiate and delayed the timeliness of all procedures. I agreed to their selling price and asked for no money for the house inspector's recommended "fixes" etc. They refused to sign documents in a timely manner and attempted to back out of the contract on several occasions. When the Termite inspector recommended two "fixes", they denied the repairman access to the outside property which potentially delayed the closing date.
