In 2006 we purchased a condo in SD for our son while he attended SDSU. This was a big deal for us as we live in SF and intended the purchase to be an investment that we could pass on to our son after he graduated from SDSU. As time passed and the state of the economy changed drastically in a negative direction, our family's ability to maintain this dream quickly became a financial nightmare. In mid 2011, due to ongoing family and financial burdens, we were unfortunatly forced to consider a shortsale for the condo. As such, we were looking for a shortsale specialist in the SD area. Cindy came highly recommended to us by a trusted friend/real estate agent from SF. We had never been in a position where we were unable to fulfill a financial obligation so this was very new territory. We quickly discovered that the shortsale process was extremely complicated, involving the submission of volumes of personal and financial documents, adhering to unreasonable submission guidelines imposed by the bank, and involved the necessity to reveal very personal family hardships in an effort to justify the shortsale request.
