I found Sheryl right here on Zillow! She has helped my brother acquire 3 fantastic investment properties and my uncle a rare, huge home on acres of land, right here in Charlotte. I recently relocated from Raleigh to the Charlotte area after accepting a new job. I began looking at homes listed on Zillow and there were several that I was interested in seeing in person. Not knowing a Real Estate agent in the Charlotte area I called three agents listed on the bottom section of the screen. Shortly after submitting my request for information I was contacted by Sheryl Love. As a side note, I never heard from the other two agents. She was very personable and listened to what I was looking for in a home and began researching the ones that I had seen on Zillow. She called me later the same day with the information that I had requested and emailed me a list of other houses in the area that matched my wish list. Her list consisted of several homes that were not listed on the Zillow site. I arranged a visit to Charlotte to look at some houses with Sheryl. She met me at the first home right on time! We looked at five or six houses that day. Sheryl grew up in the area and was knowledgeable about each area we visited. I really liked the last house that we saw that day. Sheryl never pushed me or made me feel uncomfortable. Actually, based on the information she discussed with me I made an offer the next day. It?s more difficult negotiating on a foreclosed property than a traditional resale or new construction. Sheryl was very accommodating and walked me through the process. She was very clear on her explanations of what would happen next. She sent the initial offer to the seller and they sent back a counter which I ended up accepting the next day. Not only was Sheryl a pleasure to deal with during the selection and negotiating phase of my purchase, but she stood right with me as my nightmare with Bank of America Mortgage unfolded. I have purchased several homes and dealing with Bank of America was absolutely the worst mortgage experience I have ever had. The reason I mention it is that we missed the initial closing date and Sheryl was able to get a ?one time extension? from the seller. We missed the second scheduled closing date and again Sheryl took their ?one time extension? and convinced the seller to do another extension. In doing so I was able to close on the house. Sheryl had great poise as I dealt with Bank of America. I am a very busy person and my family is still back in Holly Springs so there was a lot that I needed help with to close on this property and Sheryl was there when I really needed her. I would happily recommend her to anyone because I know she will move heaven and earth on their behalf. If you read this entire review, I hope that I convinced you to give her a chance.
