Bob showed us at least 25 homes in a 2 year time period ( we were very specific about what we wanted) Finally one day when we were out driving around we found a forclosure home in rural area of Medina County and we called Bob from the driveway and he drove from the office in Middleburg Hts to show us the interior that day. We told him to bid on it, but the agent that had the listing NEVER called him back. After only a couple of days Bob called someone at the bank and placed our bid directly with them. They accepted the bid but because of the condition of the house we had to get a 203K HUD rehab loan. (It froze over the winter and had major plumbing and boiler heat issues, it needed windows and doors also. We were aware of this going in, it was a really great price) He walked us through the process and we were gutting the first floor 4 weeks later. Bob has also been kind enough to help me with tips on writing a lease for my other house and which credit and backround check agency to use.
