When we decided to buy our home, we had only ONE week in which to find one we liked and sign a purchase agreement. Additionally, we needed to close in less than 45 days. We went through a referral service to receive Keri Gray as our agent. She went above and beyond our expectations! We lived 21 hours away from where we were looking to purchase. Keri was very careful to only send us those listings that fit our criteria. However, she did not seem the least bit bothered when we would want to look at something completely beyond what we had been asking for! After finding a home we thought we wanted to purchase, and after Keri had already had the purchase agreement signed, we decided we wanted to look at something else. Keri never skipped a beat and was able to show it to us only a few hours later and helped us prepare a purchase agreement for it that afternoon!
