I have know and a had direct and indirect dealings with Greg for years. When it come to residential real estate I both with knowledge and trust I don't know of anyone that comes close. I recommended him to a friend (Oscar Haselden) that had to move to Columbia and Greg advised him to sell at a price below what he thought the market was and he called me to ask if he thought that Greg was just trying to make the sale or if I thought Greg really believe that the market was declining. I told him I complete trusted Greg. He sold and within a year the market price for his home dropped substantially below what he sold it for. Unfortunately, my husband and my experience with Greg was a disappointment. He did not know the area that our house was listed in nor did he take the time to know. Greg would call us to give him info on things that were already on the listing agreement. We listed with him because of his dynamic sells agent. After she left, his team seemed to be short handed. We had to let perspective buyers and their agent into our house, because he lived too far away to be bothered. Also, we asked that our lockbox be removed and an agent from Greg's office accompany all showings. This was not done. Our house was listed on his web page as sold before it was closed. He sent out his monthly flyer from his website with that info on it. We felt he did very little to promote our house and when it did sell, it was not due to any effort on his part.
