My husband and I were first time home buyers and we had a real estate agent already set up, a friend of mind through business. This agaent was very nice, but she became ill and had to refer us off. The woman she refered us off to was TERRIBLE. I fired her the second time out. After much dissapointment and hurdles to jump, our lender recommended Lisa VanDootingh. I was cautious at first becuase we had looked at so many houses already and have already gone through 2 agents! But we called her and she pulled up some houses that met our guidlines and area preferences. Let me just say, she is savvy! She showed up dressed very nicely, trendy but professional.
