When we found our dream home online, we were very excited, and needed to find a buyer?s agent quickly. We called our friends who had recently purchased a home, and they gave Phil a glowing recommendation. We hit it off right away. Phil?s knowledge and expertise helped us make an informed decision, and we walked away with our dream home at a great price!
One of our biggest concerns, though, was selling our old house in today?s market. Phil mentioned that his wife was a seller?s agent who also specialized in staging. Since we were so impressed with Phil, we decided to give Marian a try. She was as kind and professional as Phil, and by the time she was finished helping to stage our house, we almost didn?t want to leave! The pictures she took looked great, and the website was extremely well done. Not only did we have over 15 pictures, we also had a virtual tour.
Our goal was to sell our house in six months or less, and Phil and Marian helped us meet that goal. When we happily signed our sales contract, Phil came and helped make sure we were well prepared for the inspection. Marian continued to keep us informed about the legal progress of the sale, and handled our settlement for us since we were out of town.
