We worked with Missy Nord to buy our first house in Chardon, Ohio and had a fabulous experience. She was very patient and answered all of our questions. Missy responded right away and was very knowledgeable about the area and market. She was flexible with appointments and when we could meet for showings, inspections, signings, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend the Kaim team. They were with us every step of the way to make it a seamless experience.

We do not feel that we benefitted in any way from the auction portion and it was an additional expensive commission-yes the lower price brought more people in to view the property, but then they expected a low price and we were sort of stuck... We worked with Aaron Miller from the Michael Kaim team and everyone was wonderful! Aaron was patient and flexible, he showed us houses that were exactly what we had asked for! He found us our new home and made the entire process very easy!

I have been waiting for a "call back" for over two weeks from a member of this team. I was blown off to see a home because the member had something come up. The next time I heard back from this member she said it was out of her way to show me the home because I had not chosen to get a pre-approval. It should never be an issue to show a prospective buyer a home if there is not a bank approval on the table.

Very bad experience with Michael Kaim Team. He was aggressive in trying to encourage us to purchase a more expensive house and equally aggressive in insisting we repeatedly lower the price on our house. He assigned one of his team members to come to show our house, but the guy was very late in showing-up and the prospective buyers walked away. His "team" did such a poor job, we had to fire them. Don't be fooled by his "glam" shot!

Buyers agent from Michael Kaim had shown me homes one day the past summer. Asked me to get pre-qualified before asking to show more homes. I decided to continue to rent since I did not see anything I liked. Finally found a property I wanted to see. I look on Zillow every day. Requested a showing through Michael Kaim on Zillow. This time I am pre-approved for a loan. Same agent contacted me. Since I wasn't ready to purchase in the next few months, buyers agent from Michael Kaim Realty refused to show me home. Referred me to sellers agent. Sellers agent was more than happy to show me the property. Did not ask for pre-approval and also is showing me other homes in neighborhood. Had a poor interaction with the Kaim Team. When selling a home, the team will work hard to get you to sign with them... Then you will get automated letters in the mail telling you to drop the price. They basically just kick these off to you at certain time periods, you don't get a call and explanation of why to drop the price from your team member. Then when you get an offer on the home, the team steps back in to try and tell you to accept the offer, even if it is extremely low. On the buying side, the role of the team should be communication. I had a poor experience here, as well. Their idea of being a buyers agent is sending you automated listings, opening the door for you to look at houses, try to convince you it's right for you, and then try and get you to accept any offer the buyer has. I saved over $10k by not accepting offers that they told me I should. Less

Michael and his team did an excellent job taking care of my needs during this sale. I was an out of state seller and they were very helpful and available for any appointments that were needed at the property. His team was very professional and handled all of the transactions smoothly.

We used Michael Kaim to sell one of our houses in Painesville on Liberty street and he was great. He did everything he promised and more. I would recommend this Realtor if you want your house sold quickly and negotiated to the price you desire. Plus the people he has working in his office were knowledgeable and super friendly.
