My experience with Libbie was not a positive one. Although she was accurate in writing an offer and making sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed her negotiation and communication skills were very disappointing. She was to be acting as a dual agent on the sale of a house where I was the buyer. I believe she was in way over her head and never acted on my behalf and only represented the seller. Because of her inability to act as a unbiased party, the sale of the house fell through 1 week before closing! My family and I wasted almost 2 months trying to purchase this house.
