I told my wife before the buying process started that I wanted to work with someone who was going to understand that this was a heavily emotional and very important decision for us. I dreamed of someone who understood this and would be accepting of my neurotic doubtful ways and my wife's dreamy attitude. What I got was Lauren Heisey who was the personification of dream-come-true. When we first met, I had a list of questions to ask. By the end of us simply chatting like lifelong friends for an hour, I hadn't even looked at my list of questions as she could already sense our concerns and had addressed them from the start.
