Lin showed, my wife and I, all the homes which fit our guidelines and when we finished, managed to allow us the oppurtunity to visit a home which fit our guidelines which was not yet listed. We feel in love, closed the deal on this house of our dreams and made a wonderful friend in the process. Just when most realtors fade into the past after all most 2 years, during the housing downturn, Lin showd up armed with all the documents ready to be signed allowing us to lower our tax basis. She did this, something you normally don't expect, on her own time still providing us a service and savings we would not have been aware of otherwise as we lived out of state at the time. Lin took us around to a large number of houses in our area over a period of most of a year. She paid attention to what we were looking for and didn't waste our time trying to put us in a house that was wrong for us just to make a sale. She was honest with us about costs and values of the properties relative to our financial situation and didn't try to persuade us to buy something that would have been too expensive for us just so she could get a bigger commission.
